1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GetCarLeads website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

GetCarLeads provides AI search optimization, SEO, Google Maps & Google Business Profile optimization, and related digital marketing services for used car dealerships. The specific scope of services will be outlined in your service agreement or proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information needed to deliver services
• Grant necessary access to your Google Business Profile, website, and analytics platforms as required
• Review and approve content or changes in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your business operations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, fees, and billing schedules are specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges and/or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, methodologies, and materials developed by GetCarLeads remain our intellectual property. Client-provided content remains the client’s property. We grant clients a license to use deliverables created for them for the duration of the engagement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for excellent results, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. SEO and AI search performance depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes and competitive dynamics.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetCarLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in your service agreement. Upon termination, outstanding fees become due immediately. We will provide a reasonable transition period for handover of assets and access.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GetCarLeads operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
